Real Estate agents of Dream Baja Realty collect information that is necessary for the establishment of representation agreements for the sale and purchase of property. It is clear that some of this information is categorized as sensitive and as such it is treated according to the requirements for sensitive information. That information may be used to complete offers to purchase, transfer of property title, establishment of Fideicomiso, and reporting of purchase-sale agreements to Hacienda for the payment of taxes and for anti-money laundering procedures. Personal data is not shared with anyone other than those who require it to complete the necessary elements of the sale-purchase process.

This data is stored as follows:

· When collected digitally, it is maintained on password protected computers and accounts where it is accessible only by members of the organization.

· When it is collected physically, the completed forms and copies of documents and certificates are stored in a locked file cabinet in secure offices.

After the sale/purchase has been completed the data is maintained for a period of 1 (one) year. After 1 year, all data is deleted from the Dream Baja Realty cloud drive and paper copies of any documents are shredded and disposed of.
