Ian Wilson’s journey to La Paz, BCS, began in 2020 when he left behind a corporate career leading global sales and marketing for Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises in Miami to be closer to family in Mexico. Originally from Victoria, BC, Ian spent much of his life traveling the world—from teaching scuba diving in his 20s to managing luxury brands and fine art aboard cruise ships. Drawn by La Paz’s slower pace, natural beauty, and sense of community, he quickly discovered a passion for real estate. Since his very first sale just a week into the business, Ian has dedicated himself to helping others find the same joy he did in relocating or investing in Baja.
