My husband Greg and I began our Baja dream in 2017 when we made our first trip to La Paz. We were totally hooked. We started looking at land and bought outside of town. For the next few years we came down every six months or so. With every trip down it got harder and harder to leave this special place.
In 2022 we decided it was time to make the jump. So we loaded up our cars with the essentials and all our animals and made the move, from the Pacific Northwest.
It has been quite an adventure so far. We have found a very welcoming and friendly expat community and have made some amazing friends. I love the culture as well as the warm weather and natural beauty of the sea and desert. Of course there is the delicious food, especially if you like seafood.
